We hope you have all had a fabulous festive season but now its back to business for most of us.

This is the perfect time to assess what you want from your business and make plans on how to get there.

Do you want to increase your revenue or maybe increase your profit margins?

• Choose 3 goals for the year - making sure they are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely)

• Make sure the goals you choose are a challenge but not impossible.

• Goals can change - if in 6 months you know you won't achieve the goal - readjust, set a new goal that is still a challenge.

• Make your goals visible - create a vision board or even just write them in a visible place so that you can see them and they are there to guide and encourage you
