Meet the team - Lin

Hi,

I'm Lin and I am the owner of LC Bookkeeping. I have worked in the industry for over 30 years and have had my own business for 10 years. I have worked with many business types and sectors and I love my job!

I am married and have 2 daughters and 3 grandsons. I love being a nanna to the boys, baking with them, crafting with them and watching movies whilst snuggling with them. Our youngest daughter, Claire who is the second part of this team requires extra help in her day to day life so I spend time helping her with her appointments and general tasks.

I am a volunteer for Girlguiding at a local Brownies unit - I really enjoy how goofy the Brownies are and I love helping them with crafts.

I have a few hobbies, I really enjoy sewing and diamond painting. Along with my husband we really like fishing and often have weekends away to pursue this. I also like to bake and love making cheesecakes, I got a stand mixer for Christmas which is going to make baking so much easier. As a family we really like antiques and we used to own a antiques shop. We can often be found at an antiques fair or car boot sale hunting for those treasures.

My favourite colour is purple, my favourite animals are otters and I love stationary!

I am a full time carer for my husband and my elderly mother along with helping Claire. I have several health conditions and find walking and driving difficult most of the time. These are the reasons I work from home, it gives me the flexibility to help my clients but also to be there to support my family.
